- On a web browser visit 2fa.gmu.edu and click the 2FA Account Login option.
- Login with your Mason NetID and Patriot Pass Password and complete the second-factor authentication prompt which will appear after you enter your NetID and password.
- Once you are signed in, on the left side make sure that you only have your SmartPhone enrolled. If you are using your office phone number, the VPN will try this number first and you will be unable to answer that call off-site.
- Remove Enrolled Device
- On a web browser visit 2fa.gmu.edu and click the 2FA Account Login option.
- Login with your Mason NetID and Patriot Pass Password.
- Complete the second-factor authentication with your previously enrolled device.
- On the left side of the homescreen click the option 2FA Account
- Locate the device you want to remove from the list.
- Click the trash can next to the device that you would like to remove.
- It will prompt you to confirm your action, click OK.
- Your device has been removed.
- On a web browser visit 2fa.gmu.edu and click the 2FA Account Login option.
- Remove Enrolled Device
- Visit the following link and follow the prompts on the webpage to enroll any additional devices into the DUO 2FA service:
