• Select Sign or Attest from the drop-down menu
  • Click the Take Action button.
  • You will then need to Sign Document(s). Click the link: Click here to review and sign the document(s). Watch the video if you have any questions regarding the signing process. A separate window will open to Docusign. Do not close the e-Builder window.
  • If you this is your first time in Docusign, click the checkbox “I agree to use electronic records and signatures” and then click Continue.
  • After reviewing documents, click Signature in the left hand navigation and click on the area to be signed.
  • If you this is your first time in Docusign, a new window will pop up to Adopt Your Signature. Type your Full Name and Initials in the appropriate fields. Click Adopt and Sign.

  • Your approved signature will appear on the documents. Click on Date Signed in the left hand navigation if you need to input the date next to your signature.
  • Once you have signed and dated the document, click the Finish button which appears at the top or bottom of the document.
  • Go back to the e-Builder if it doesn’t automatically pop-up and click Continue.
  • The documents are now signed and will move to the next step in the process.  For contract documents, you will be asked to select a person from your company to attest the document.  Please review the instructions below.



Attesting a Document

  • After signing the document, another window will open and you must select another member of your company from the left-hand column, Available Users, and move them to the right-hand column, Selected Users, using the right-facing arrow.
  • Select Continue.
