Step 1


  • Check your home screen to see if the Zoom app* (pictured below) is already installed on your iPad.

        (Be sure to check all pages of your home screen)

The Zoom App is not installed on this iPad


  • If the Zoom App is already, skip to Step 2.


  • If the Zoom App is not installed, open the Self Service app:



  • In the Self Service app, scroll down and tap on the Zoom App:



  •  Tap on the small empty box to the right of the Zoom App:




Step 2


  • Once the Zoom app is installed, open it from your home screen:



  • Tap "Sign In" at the bottom of the screen:



  • Tap "SSO":



  • Type "gmu" into the company domain and tap enter:



  • Login using your Mason NetID and password:



Step 3


  • Return to the home screen and open your e-mail app:


  • Open the e-mail containing the Zoom Meeting link / invitation:



  • Inside of the email, tap on the link to the Zoom meeting:





Done! Wait for the meeting to start.
