Step 1
- Check your home screen to see if the Zoom app* (pictured below) is already installed on your iPad.
(Be sure to check all pages of your home screen)
Zoom App*
The Zoom App is not installed on this iPad
- If the Zoom App is already, skip to Step 2.
- If the Zoom App is not installed, open the Self Service app:
- In the Self Service app, scroll down and tap on the Zoom App:
- Tap on the small empty box to the right of the Zoom App:
Step 2
- Once the Zoom app is installed, open it from your home screen:
- Tap "Sign In" at the bottom of the screen:
- Tap "SSO":
- Type "gmu" into the company domain and tap enter:
- Login using your Mason NetID and password:
Step 3
- Return to the home screen and open your e-mail app:
- Open the e-mail containing the Zoom Meeting link / invitation:
- Inside of the email, tap on the link to the Zoom meeting:
Done! Wait for the meeting to start.
