Completely close Outlook
Go to https://zoom.us/download and download Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook
Once downloaded, double-click on ZoomOutlookPluginSetup.msi
Click Next
Click Next
Click Next
Click Close
Start Outlook, you will see a new Zoom Toolbar
