Sometimes you will transfer a file and it will not finish, stuck on Done. When you look at the System details the CPU is at 100% and the file doesn't seem to every upload. If you force your Browser to quit and go back to the file, the name will show but the file size is 0.
This seems to be an issue with our Anti-Virus (MS Defender) and the name of the file.
To Fix:
Delete the file from e-Builder
Rename the file, make sure that you don't have any dashes or other special characters in the name (not date)
Upload the file

Changed to Won Door Operable Partition (02-05-2018).mp4
