Upload Sustainability Shifts in Knack

For requests received from Sustainability Staff with spreadsheet to upload new shifts into Knack.

1. Convert spreadsheet to .csv format.
2. Go to Sustainability Volunteers app in Knack Builder
3. Go to Shifts object
4. Click on Records
5. Click Import and drag and drop csv file for importing.  Do not make any changes to the options
6. Ensure import was complete.
