A very common and frequent error message users will often encounter when attempting to access and sign in to certain web services or applications is "Something went wrong." In order to resolve this error and to continue accessing the service or application, we recommend that you clear your internet browser's (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) cache which stores data (login credentials) and cookies used to increase the webpage's loading time each time a user visits it.
