If you can answer a call using Vonage CCaaS bu the caller can't hear you, make sure that you have allowed your broswer access to the microphone. This migh only popup the first time you access the webpage, meaning it will not remind you that you have NOT allowed the microphone access.
Windows
On Windows Tab
Open Settings
Go to Privacy
Go to Microphone
Make sure the Microphone is ON
Restart Vonage, and error will be gone
Safari
In Safari, click the Safari Menu and Click Settings...
Click on Microphone and Allow for the website nam.newvoicemedia.com
