When you attempt to login to School Dude (Maintenance Direct), you are unable and get the following error message, "Your login for this option has been disabled. If this is incorrect, please contact your system administrator immediately. We are very sorry for this inconvenience."
The system uses your PatriotPass credentials to log in. If you access a generic office mail account using a web browser, you will need to use a different web browser to force the system to prompt for your PatriotPass credentials.
Note: you must use a different web browser. A new tab or windows will not force the system to prompt for you PatriotPass.
