Login to Maintenance Direct – go to facilities.gmu.edu, Click on Employee Portal, and Click on Maintenance Direct.
These directions are for single changes and it is suggested that you use this view if you are new to Inventory Direct. You can also use the Clerk Form, which allows for up to five adjustments per a Save/Submit.
From the Application Links drop-down select Inventory Direct
Click on Adjustment Tab
Click on New Adjustment
From the Application Links drop-down select Inventory Direct
Click on Adjustment Tab
Click on New Adjustment
Reason for Adjustment: enter in the reason
Type = Mechanical
Item Number = Click on Search icon and Search for Part/Name
Trns Date = Defaults to Todays date, can adjust
Pool = select the Pool location you are updating
Quantity = Note the current quantity for this item/location is show
New Quantity = Enter in the TOTAL new quantity
Notes = add any required notes
Click Submit
The last 5 adjustments for all of Inventory Direct will show below.
