When you try to make a new account in School Dude, you get a error message Email address already exist, please use another. This happens when the email address is in a different Dude Solutions product.
Start the process over.
Go to Account Setup - Users - click + Add User
Click the Registered Users drop-down list
Select the name
Click Add This User
Continue creating the account as normal.
